• This promotion is offered by Tahitian Noni International, a Utah corporation.

• No purchase is necessary to enter to win. 

• Only one entry per household is permitted.

• To be eligible to enter, you must be 18 years of age or older.

• Employees and the immediate families of employees of Tahitian Noni International, or its contest processor, are not eligible to enter.

• The winner will be selected by an agent of Tahitian Noni International, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

• The winners will be notified by mail or by telephone at the option of Tahitian Noni International, and its agents, within 60 days after each drawing.

• The decisions of Tahitian Noni International or its agents, regarding eligibility, awarding of the prize, and all other matters relating to the sweepstakes, shall be final.

• Tahitian Noni International, must receive a minimum of 5,000 eligible entries prior to a drawing.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

• The vacation, valued at $4,000 includes round-trip airfare for two and six nights lodging.

• The winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within 14 days of prize notification.

• Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

• If any prize notification is returned to Tahitian Noni International, or its contest processor, as undeliverable, or if the winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and liability release within the prescribed time period, or otherwise fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes, the Tahiti Dream vacation will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a second or subsequent drawing.

• Entries will be accepted from applicants from the United States.

• The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state, and local regulations.

• Neither Tahitian Noni International, nor its contest processor, shall be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information regarding any entrant, technical malfunctions, or undelivered or misdirected mail.

• Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner's name, biological information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.
