Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in
water or break down. It adds bulk and helps move waste through
the stomach, intestines, and colon. Insoluble fiber is the type

body absorbs.
Insoluble fiber is found
in foods such as wheat bran, vegetables, and whole grains.
Eating large
