Phase III - MicroMarket Phase Information

TAHITIAN NONI® Juice Made Available through Independent Import-Export Company Until Tahitian Noni International can Officially Open for Business in that Country

TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is NOT Sold on Open Market in these Countries

Limited Distributorships Available with Restrictions until Officially Open

For More Details, Complete the International Request Form

Tahitian Noni International has contracted with an outside import-export company to make TAHITIAN NONI® Juice available "For Personal Use Only" in countries where they are not yet officially open for business.  TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is not sold on the open market in these countries.

This allows individuals to purchase TAHITIAN NONI® Juice long before Tahitian Noni International officially establishes their business in that country.

This import-export company has designed a system that takes a potential country through five specific phases until Tahitian Noni International is officially open for business.  The five phases include:

  • Phase I - Interest Phase

  • Phase II - Development Phase

  • Phase III - Micro Market Phase

  • Phase IV - Large Market Phase

  • Phase V - Transition Phase

Phase III, the MicroMarket Phase, means the country is ready for the opening of Coordination Points.  The details for becoming a Coordination Point in Phase III countries are provided here for your convenience.

MicroMarket Plan (MMP)

The Micro Market Plan (MMP) is a simple system that combines some of the rules and procedures of the Large Market Plan.  Those rules are as follows:

1.  TEC will work with an importer in each country. This importer may be a Tahitian Noni International Distributor.  The importer must have an existing business and exist as a legal entity in that country.  TEC prefers to work with individuals and companies that have prior food product importation experience into the specific country.  The importer will be required to establish an Irrevocable Stand by Letter of Credit in favor of TEC in order to become TEC’s Authorized importer in a country.  This Letter of Credit must be in the amount of $15,000.00 USD.

  • This importer will (if necessary) register TAHITIAN NONI® Juice with the proper government authorities. The importer will also fulfill all other legal requirements related to importation of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice.

  • After all legal steps have been taken, and the importer has established the Stand by Letter of Credit, TEC will provide a consignment of 2 Pallets (240 cases) of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice and 1 pallets of Starter Kits (240 Starter Kits) to the importer.

  • The importer will be the first CP in the country and must work with any other CP’s who become official. The one TEC Authorized importer will be the only person/company who will receive product. All distributors, including other CP’s must pick up product from the importer.

  • In addition to acting as the importer and warehouse for TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, the importer, as a CP will place orders on behalf of other distributors, sign up new distributors, and receive commission checks to be distributed to the proper distributors.

2. Others may also become Coordination Points in such a country:

  • Each potential CP must fill out the CP Application via TEC’s website.

  • The CP must also obtain an Irrevocable Stand by Letter of Credit in favor of TEC in the amount of $5,000.00 USD.

  • The CP must also fill out and sign the TEC Coordination Point Contract.

  • All CP’s will place orders on behalf of other distributors, sign up new distributors, and receive commission checks to be distributed to the proper distributors.

3. Orders of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice in the country are handled much like they are in other TEC countries with a few minor exceptions:

  • The importer holds all TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. Shipments are not made to other CP’s in that country.

  • CP’s may order in increments of 20 cases.  Payment for these cases will be sent to the TEC designated importer.  Once the importer has the payment for the cases of juice, the juice may be picked up from the importer.

  • It is very important to note that all TAHITIAN NONI® Juice must be picked up from the importer. No deliveries will be made to CP’s.

  • Orders must be placed through TEC (for volume with Tahitian Noni International) in increments of at least 20. The CP will use the TEC Order Information Spreadsheet to place these orders for volume.

4. New Distributor Sign-ups

  • Each new distributor must fill out a Tahitian Noni International US Distributor Application, an US IRS W-8BEN form, (both with the correct address and telephone number in that country.

  • The CP must send these two forms, to the proper TEC Operations Manager from an authorized TEC CP.

  • The CP must also fill out the TEC Information Form Spreadsheet and send it to the proper TEC Operations Manager to ensure that all distributors receive their Tahitian Noni International ID number in a timely manner

  • Each new distributor must pay the distributor sign up fee to TEC through a TEC authorized Coordination Point in that country.

  • Payment of sign up fees will be made directly to TEC by Credit Card from Authorized CP’s in increments of 20 sign ups. CP’s may pick up free starter kits from the importer.

  • Each distributor may then pick up their free Tahitian Noni International Starter Kit from their CP.

5. Existing Distributor Transfers

  • Existing Distributors within a country must fill out the TEC Transfer form and the US IRS W-8 form.  Both of these forms must be filled out with the distributors correct address and telephone numbers in that country.

  • These forms must be submitted to a CP.  The CP will fill in the TEC information sheet with the correct information and send it along with the TEC Transfer form and the W-8 to the proper Operations Manager at TEC.

  • Following these procedures will ensure that the distributor’s commission Check is sent to the proper location.

6. Commission Checks

  • Tahitian Noni International will continue to issue commission checks according to the standard Tahitian Noni International Marketing Plan.  TEC compiles these checks according to the CP group of each distributor and sends them by UPS to the relevant Coordination Point.

  • Questions about whether a CP was sent commission checks will be directed to TEC

  • Questions about the amount or inquiries into commission’s problems should continue to be directed to Tahitian Noni International.

Once a country’s volume reaches a consistent sustained level from 240 to 600 cases per month for several months, TEC may transition an MMP country to a Phase IV country. TEC’s importer will remain the same.  However, at this point TEC will designate an official warehouse for storage of larger quantities of juice within the specific country as well as arrange for delivery of 60 case increments to CP’s in the country.

Those individuals who are interested in becoming the Legal Importer and first CP in the countries listed above should apply to TEC providing specific information about importation experience related to food products, location and storage capabilities, as well as business experience and why you would be a good importer for TAHITIAN NONI® Juice in that country.  Each applicant should also fill out a Coordination Point application.  TEC may decide to travel to these countries after we receive a minimum number of qualified applicants

If you are interested in establishing a Coordination Point in one of the Phase III countries, please contact me via email and I will provide you with necessary information to proceed.
